Membership Application Categories and Forms
Following are the 3 categories of membership in the association:
- Honorary Membership
- Ordinary Membership is granted to Malaysian Speech-Language Pathologists and Audiologists with qualifications certified by the professional association.
Ordinary Membership Application form
- Associate Membership is granted to Speech-Language Pathologists and Audiologists from other countries with qualifications certified by the professional association.
Associate Membership Application form
- Student Membership is granted to students pursuing studies in an accredited course in speech-language pathology and audiology locally or overseas.
